Our vibe? Think laid-back luxury with a Keys-inspired underwater theme, stylish touches throughout, and a commitment to making your stay smooth, fun, and full of good vibes.

Founded by a Florida-licensed Real Estate Broker, Hip Stays was born out of a desire to offer something fresh and elevated—a boutique experience with standout amenities that go above and beyond for a 1-bedroom, 1-bath rental.
