✦ What makes Hip Stays different from other vacation rentals?

Hip Stays offers affordable luxury with a curated, on-trend style and amenities you won’t find anywhere else—like bumper pool, darts, kayaks,  and access to both the Atlantic and Gulf waters. Plus, our laid-back, locally owned vibe gives you a true Keys experience.

✦ How many properties do you have?

We currently manage two upscale 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo units—including our guest favorite, Reel Hip—and we’re planning to grow!

✦ Do you allow pets?

We do not allow any animals or pets on our properties because my family and I share the space and my family has allergies.

✦ What amenities are included?

Lots! Here are some highlights:

• Waterfront heated and chilled pool

• On-site boat ramp and trailer parking

• Free kayaks for guest use at Reel Hip

• Private in-unit washer/dryer

• Beach access at Coco Plum

• Darts and bumper pool at Reel Hip

✦ Can I rent a boat, kayak, or bike during my stay?

Yes! We’re happy to recommend local rentals—and many will deliver directly to your property or private boat slip.

✦ Do you offer discounts for return guests?

Yes! Once our website is live, returning guests will receive a special discount as a thank-you for staying Hip.

✦ What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
  Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, based on availability.

✦ Do you allow short-term leases?

Short-term stays may be considered for an additional fee. Just ask!
